Refund & Returns Policy

At Censtanex Atelier, we strive to ensure that every purchase meets your expectations. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
• Have all original tags attached.
• Be returned in its original packaging.
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation.

To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@censtanex.com. If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of receipt at sales@censtanex.com with photos of the issue. We will evaluate the matter and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom-made or personalized products.
• Made-to-order items.
• Gift cards.
• Sale, clearance, or promotional items unless faulty.
• Items that have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged after delivery.

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us before submitting a request.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us at sales@censtanex.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we may offer a refund or store credit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that additional processing time may be required by your bank, credit card provider, or payment service provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
