To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@censtanex.com. If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of receipt at sales@censtanex.com with photos of the issue. We will evaluate the matter and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that additional processing time may be required by your bank, credit card provider, or payment service provider.
